I was watching a video of Russell Brand yesterday.. At the end he showed a tattoo that he had on his arm written in another language which he has originally thought meant ‘In the flow’ or something like that.

When he had it translated the meaning was actually ‘There is only the flow’.

I really like that. When he said it, a sense of peace swept through my Being.

There is only the flow.

Mmm.. I’m going to sit with that 🙂
