Today I felt so sad. As the day unfolded I could feel it lingering but couldn’t quite pinpoint what it was.

Sitting in my music room feeling and breathing, suddenly I hear music from the heavens (or our loungeroom).. Ben is playing an old song of mine through the speakers that I recorded about a year ago..

I burst into tears.

It is the most amazing thing to be moved by your own music especially when you yourself don’t even know what it is you need to move. It’s like you knew what you would need and when you would need it before you even got there.

The song is called ‘Not Alone Tonight’. I am going to upload it here. Tonight it plays my heart strings.

I am moved. And I am not alone tonight.
