I just finished the last chapter of a book I have been reading called ‘Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change’ by Pema Chödrön.
One of the sections towards the end brought a deep relief to my soul and I felt like sharing.
(This is me paraphrasing with a couple of direct quotes. Probably best to check the book out yourself if you want the original source, as she has also quoted others herself) 🙂
In order not to be torn apart by these turbulent times, it seems it’s best to let go of the shore and stay in the middle of the river with the unceasing flow of life. But we don’t have to do this alone. Once you are there, “See who is there with you and celebrate.. The time of the lone wolf is over.”
That last line really spoke to me.
We don’t have to do this alone. See who we are with and celebrate.
The time of the lone wolf is over.
Let’s celebrate. xxx
